Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Juan Camilo Renjifo Corrales, an individual based in Colombia who publishes KinearFit under the trade name LuckSort Labs. By using KinearFit you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Age
KinearFit is only for adults aged 18 and over.
3. Health and safety
KinearFit is intense physical exercise that includes punches, elbows, knees and kicks.
- The app is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, coach or other professional.
- Check with a health professional before you start, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition, or are pregnant.
- Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.
- Train in a clear space, away from furniture, people and pets, on a non-slip surface, with your phone in a stable position.
- You train at your own risk.
Calories are an estimate, not a measurement. Strike detection is a training aid: depending on light, framing and your device, it may miss or misread movements, and it is not a technical assessment or a certification.
4. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KinearFit on your devices for your own training. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or modify the app, or try to extract its code, except where the law allows it.
5. Free version and Premium
The free version includes some of the routines and part of the tutorial. Premium unlocks all the content. The store shows the current price in your currency before you pay. There is currently no free trial.
6. Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, charged by Google Play or the App Store to your store account.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before it ends. You cancel in your store's subscription settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
- If you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies; we cannot issue them directly. If your country's law gives you a right of withdrawal, you exercise it with the store.
- If the price changes, the store will notify you before the new price applies to your subscription, under its own rules.
7. Changes to the app
We may update KinearFit and add, change or remove features.
8. Your photos
Your end-of-session photo is yours. We don't receive it. If you share it, you decide where and you are responsible for that.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design, videos and texts, and the KinearFit brand belong to their owner. These terms don't transfer any of those rights to you.
10. No guarantees
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that you will reach any particular fitness result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries or damage resulting from training without following the safety guidance above. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for KinearFit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Suspension
You can stop using KinearFit at any time. We may suspend access to Premium in cases of fraud or serious breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there.
14. App Store
If you download KinearFit from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the changes are significant, let you know in the app.
